Financial Modules

General ledger

This system receives summaries of the operations originated in previous modules, though automatic journal entries from the different modules.

The structure of the chart of accounts allows the establishment of dependencies and different levels of accounts. This hierarchy allows the system update balance in all the parents account when values are registered in a child account.

The management of the accounting of up to 99 companies is possible. The same possibility exists for the sub-modules of Bank Reconciliation and Financial Statement.

The system is flexible enough to define the fiscal year, in such a manner that it does not have to match with the calendar year. In the same way It allows work to be made in relation to more than one year simultaneously and, in addition, it allows inquiries on operations of as many previous years as desired, as long as their space on the hard disk.

Recurrent journal entry from one month to the other may be defined in the system and the general ledger may be affected every month without previous manual entry.

Financial Statements

The financial statements and report may be prepared at any given moment, based on the information contained in the General Ledger and on the definitions made by the user.

These definitions consist in the manner in which the accounts and calculations must be grouped. In this manner the user may predefine his statements or reports without the need of programming.

Control and Issuance of Checks

A sophisticated system of control and issuance of checks facilitates the elaboration of said checks and their accounting codification, allowing the user to predefine the different types of check request and their accounting distribution, in this manner the monthly task of codification of the accounts and their future entry into the journals is substituted by the entries made by this system into the General Ledger System.

Alphabetic inquiries (printed or on screen) facilitate the verification of check request issued or to be issued.
