Client, Group and Company Manager

The assignment of a unique code for the client is one of the SISme main features, allowing relationship through the database.

The client identification number ( License Number, Social Security Number, Passport, Federal Tax ID, or any kind of Identification document used in your country ) can be validated against the databases available to the public and we can retrieve all the information ( First Name, Last Name, Address, etc.) from it and complete the data in our database with less efforts of data entry manually.

General information of the Insurance Company in the national and international market is stored in the system under a unique code that is used to identify all the business between these companies and our company either as a reinsurer or coinsurer.

The concept of Group is used with the purpose of relate many Clients, so they can have a common treat inside SISme. This grouping helps to:

• The analysis of a group profitability.
• The printing of statements of account for a group.
• The identification of each member of a group, avoiding decision as an individual entity.
